This powerful sound bath will be woven into two parts. During the first half, Nikki will channel her Cherokee heritage, utilizing a Shamanic drum and vocal toning in order to clear, and release any stagnant energies. The second half of the sound healing will incorporate seven different quartz crystal bowls, and a gong, aligning and balancing the chakras.

For some, a Sound Bath can be an opportunity to find some much needed relaxation and peace. For others, the sounds can work their way to the root of any unease, and help to bring about a healing transformation.. Whatever the reason for attending a Sound Bath, there will always be a positive effect, on those who attend.

ABOUT NIKKI & URBAN MYSTICISM

Nikki Bridges is a Reiki Master and Sound Therapist, specializing in Shamanic Healing and Chakra Balancing. She is both Irish and Cherokee, and works with these energies during her healing sessions. In 2014, Nikki founded her company Urban-Mysticism, creating a line of Aromatherapy Gem & Flower Essences to help heal, balance and protect. She currently lives in Culver City.
