About this event
As we approach the Winter Solstice - the still point of the year- this sound healing journey invites you to pause in the quiet depths of winter and lsiten for the light that begins to stir beneath the surface.
Held in this moment of the dark hush, this is a space to rest deeply, to release the weight of the year, and reconnect with the quiet knowing that lives beneath all the noise. Together, we honour both the darkness that holds us and the light that slowly, surely returns.
We’ll share the soothing vibrations of Himalayan and Crystal Singing Bowls, Gong, Voice, Shruti Box, and Therapeutic Percussion to guide you into a deeply restful, altered state of consciousness where your body can heal, reset, and integrate.
Before journeying with sound, we’ll gently move through embodiment practices and a thematic guided meditation to open your awareness and tap into your inner landscape. There’s also the option to deepen your experience with ceremonial cacao*—a heart-opening elixir—available for an additional £5. (See notes below for more information about cacao.)

More on Sound Healing
Sound therapy is a powerful practice rooted in ancient traditions from cultures around the world. By helping you enter altered states of consciousness, therapeutic sound slows your brainwaves, calms your nervous system, and opens pathways for emotional, physical, and energetic healing.
It’s a way to listen deeply — to your body, your heart, your intuition — and to access the kind of rest that restores you on every level.
