The soothing sound is intended to balance your nervous system, and help you gain clarity so you can step into your next phase feeling refreshed renewed and more you...Think of it as a massage for your soul!

I'll be working with Himalayan Singing Bowls, Crystal Bowls, Therapeutic Percussion, Voice, Gong and the Shruti box to help you drop into an Altered State of Consciousness allowing you to relax, re-centre and reset.

The session will begin with the sharing of herbal tea and grounding meditative practices, to help calm your nervous system, soothe your soul, and to make anything you receive from your sound healing experience more clear.

What to know/bring:

🏹 Wear loose comfortable clothing

🏹 We'll be lay down so bring a yoga/roll mat, blanket, cushion , sleeping bag, eye-mask, ANYTHING and everything you might want to make yourself comfortable.

🏹 A bottle of water as the experience can make you a little thirsty

And to enhance your experience you may want to:

🏹 Avoid eating a heavy meal in the hour before

🏹 Apply a few drops of your chosen aromatherapy oil to your pulse points

🏹 Bring a journal to note down any thoughts that come to the surface at the end of your experience
