A Crystal Alchemy Sound Healer, Yoga Teacher, Reiki Practitioner, Meditation guide and founder of Bluebird Sound Healing School dedicated to helping you find deep relaxation, and inner transformation. From my private studio, training school and at retreats across the UK, I blend the resonant tones of crystal alchemy sound bowls with hypnotic guided meditation, creating spaces for profound rest and change.
