Once your body is oxygenated and your mind has reached a complete state of Zen you will be immersed in the captivating healing magic of the Crystal Singing Bowls played by the renowned Denise Foster.
With over 20 years of healing experience and a deep connection to healing with singing bowls, Denise will provide a vibrational energy transfusion.
Vibrational energy will be enhanced as David Knox accompanies Denise playing his personally crafted Didgeridoo instrument. The didgeridoo is played creating vibrational energy in the room as well as over each guest individually.

What is Sound Bath?
Everything in our Universe is made purely of vibrations. As a result, resonating with its own signature frequency. This primordial life force energy is called by many names in different cultures – AUM (OM), Prana, Chi, Ki, Mana, Baraka, Spirit, or Quantum Energy (as the new physics label it). Most of all, Crystal Bowls work directly with this universal energy and channel it into the body to enliven our entire being! Through this super-flow of life-force energy, they can help us remember our connection with the Great Source, therefore, allowing us access to the unlimited healing energy from within.
How does it heal?
The sound penetrates into our very cells and rebalances them through oscillation and resonance. As a result, studies have shown that sound has a direct impact on the mental processes, muscles, nervous system, (heartbeat, pulse) digestive system and circulatory system.
Crystal bowl therapy helps to balance the chakra system and re-energize the auric field. Healing is thus made possible on all levels. Each individual is unique as to which energy center(s) require balancing. You may find yourself drawn to different tones each time you experience them.
