Do I need experience to attend?

Not at all. This session is suitable for complete beginners and regulars alike. Just bring yourself and come as you are.

Will I have to talk or share anything?

Nope. This is a calm, quiet space with no pressure to speak or interact — unless you choose to. If you have any questions after the session, I’m always happy to chat once we’ve finished.

Question 3

What if I snore during the session?

Accepted Answer

Snoring is totally okay — it means your body needed rest. If it becomes disruptive, I’ll gently respond with a soft instrument or light shoulder tap, but always with care. I ask everyone to bring compassion — we’re all here to let go in our own way.

Question 4

Is this a mixed group or just for men?

Accepted Answer

It’s a mixed and inclusive group — open to everyone. While most attendees are women, I also warmly welcome men, neurodivergent individuals, and anyone who’s never felt comfortable in typical wellness spaces.

Can I use my phone during the session?

Accepted Answer

This is your chance to unplug and unwind. You’ll be invited to switch off your phone and fully rest — distraction-free.

Question 6

What if I feel restless, anxious, or sensitive to sound?

Accepted Answer

That’s completely okay. You’re welcome to fidget, adjust your position, or take a moment — there’s no judgment here. However you need to relax is valid.

What happens if I arrive late?

To protect the peaceful atmosphere, doors will be locked at 7:30pm sharp. Please aim to arrive 5–10 minutes early so you can settle in before we begin.

What’s the venue like?

The studio is warm, quiet, and welcoming, with plenty of green plants beautifully positioned throughout the space. You’ll have time to ground yourself and settle in before the sound begins.
