Description

This is 4-weeks course. We will be practising basic mindfulness exercises. Body scan, awareness of breath, sound, kindness and gratitude meditation. The course will be tailored to the needs of the group. It is a safe place to discuss your experience with life challenges and of practising mindfulness.

The main focus will be put on the awareness of sound and the body. Getting to know your mind a little bit more and discovering your true potential.

We will be relaxing during the Sound Bath and focusing our practice on the sound and vibrations. We have planetary gongs, singing bowls, frame drum, chime bells, and much more to help to guide you into the deep state of relaxation and self-discovery.

We start 20th of February 2018 at 7pm-8.15pm. 4 Tuesday evenings.

4 Tuesday meetings are just enough to experience these sessions. Regular practice is important when working with the busy mind and if you want to see long-lasting benefits in your life. Each session may be a different experience and we encourage you to commit to at least 4 sessions before deciding if this practice is for you.
