Join me for a 60-minute monthly class that combines the calming benefits of gentle breathwork and the healing power of sound. This is a space for you to unplug, unwind, and reconnect with yourself in a peaceful, restorative way.
If you love the soundbath at the end of a yoga class…this is for you because this is all about the sound! (If you don’t have a bloody clue what a soundbath is…then read on dear friend)
LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT THE CLASS
In this nurturing session, I’ll guide you through a gentle breathwork practice to help you relax, release tension, and reset your energy. From there, you’ll sink into the deep stillness of yoga nidra (this is a guided rest meditation…no downward dogs here!), followed by a sound bath where healing vibrations from crystal bowls will bathe you in soothing frequencies.
This class is designed to help you release tension, calm your nervous system, and sink into a deeply restful state. It’s for anyone feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or in need of a reset. The practices are gentle, allowing you to reset and recharge without feeling overwhelmed.
This class is accessible to all. It is for anyone who feels like they need a moment of stillness. If you’re feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or simply in need of a reset, this is your invitation to slow down and give yourself the gift of deep rest. Whether you’re new to breathwork, meditation, or sound healing, this space is for you. The invitation is for you to lie down, rest. Of course, if lying down is not your comfy spot you can sit in a chair or bring lots of props to hold you into a space that feels good for you.
Classes are held monthly for 60 minutes.
Spaces are limited to create an intimate and personal experience, so booking in advance is recommended.
All you need to bring is a yoga mat, a blanket or cushion for support, and anything else that will make you feel cozy and comfortable, such as an eye mask or warm socks.
