As business owners it's so easy to put our clients, customers, and our endless to-do lists before ourselves. As women, this comes easy to us...but we must learn how to fill our cup first and give from our overflow. Self-care isn't something that must be earned. It's something that's necessary for not only our health, but also for the health of our business and loved ones.
Join us as we enjoy an afternoon together in a self-love ritual, with meditation and yoga. You'll learn an easy way to fill your cup on a daily so that you can be your best in life and business.
A Self-Love Ritual will be led by Tikoshia Davis, where you will energize your very own candle and rose quartz with affirmations and a love letter written to yourself. (Candles and stones will be provided! But please feel free to bring your own!)
Meditation and Yoga will be led by Ria B. Jones. Enjoy a 30min yoga sequence peppered with guided meditation for a practice that aligns with the theme, self-love. Students will flow through postures that open the heart and throat chakras. Music will be on deck!
**DON'T FORGET TO BRING YOUR YOGA MAT!**

Ria B. Jones is a creative and yoga teacher from Newport News, VA. Presently, she is a student of the Yoga For All program, which supports that yoga can and does fit harmoniously with every body. She is currently pursuing acceptance into the collegiate field of social work and seeks to integrate art and yoga into healing spaces that serve under-represented communities, in particular for people of color, LGBTQ identifying people, and survivors of sexual & domestic assault. For Ria, yoga is the sublime intersection where mind, movement and breath meet. It is here that we're each able to tap into self-awareness and acceptance.
