When was the last time you fed your spirit with a weekend of nurture, peace and loving attention? Through a variety of powerful spiritual modalities, Soul Spa will leave you feeling grounded, restored, and connected with your Source.
You’re invited to the beautiful Shambhala Mountain Center, where you’ll bask in the crisp mountain air and nourish your body with lovingly prepared organic food. Breathe into restorative yoga poses and integrate spirit with body. Meditate with guidance to tap into what’s always there and available to you. During our breakout sessions, you’ll learn from Master Intuitives how to “wake up” your natural intuition. Our expert facilitators work through spiritual healing, clairvoyance, song and dance, aura healing, and other tools for awareness.
Tuition is only $200, and all proceeds will benefit Governor’s Harbor in Eleuthera, Bahamas. Your gift will help start a community garden and provide sports and/or musical equipment for a small town in great need.
Lodging for 2 nights is paid directly through Shambhala and includes delicious meals. Choose from your own suite with private bathroom, a private room with a shared bathroom, or share a dorm with others. Please follow this link after you register for the workshop to buy your lodging and food package. Please note, you will click on "register" and then choose your lodging option. Prices are for both nights and all meals. You may name your roomate if applicable:
When & Where
Heather Lawrence is a professional intuitive and author. She has completed a teacher training for guiding others in meditation. Through teaching meditation, her students remove their own blocks, yeilding a strong, natural connection to Source (or God, Supreme Being, Goddess, Unconditional Perfect Love) -the key to natural intuition/discernment.
Jeanne Whittle had more that 20 years experience using her intuition and science. She is a physical therapist who has develeped her own unique method to get to the source of her patient's pain and discomfort. Her goal is that people are well in their bodies. People experience success with Jeanne when all else has failed.
Robyn Lawrence combines elements of Ashtanga Vinyasa, Forrest Yoga, traditional Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Pranayama (the art of breathing) in her vigorous alignment-based flow classes. She’s certified to teach through Yoga Impact, a nonprofit working to bring yoga to marginalized populations, and has completed training in yoga therapy for trauma and addiction. Her goal as a teacher is to see and hear every student and respond with compassion and clear guidance.
