Soul Injury Leadership Training
Are you ready to learn a skill set that enables you or your organization to become the recognized expert on healing “soul injury” in your community or within your agency? Join Deborah Grassman and the Opus Peace leadership team (2 physicians, 3 nurses, social worker, trauma-specialized massage therapist, trauma counselor, and a trauma-yoga specialist) to learn how to effectively address the unmourned loss and unforgiven guilt that sabotages lives. Based on time-honored ceremonies that facilitate hope and healing within a large group of participants, you will receive an in-depth leadership course that empowers you to:
Provide a unique workshop that facilitates soul restoration that can be designed for your targeted population (professional healthcare providers, personal caregivers, Veterans, First Responders, seriously or chronically ill patients, traumatized/abused/neglected populations, etc.)
Provide five different workshop formats that include: 1-hour “Fallen Comrades Ceremony” for Veterans and First Responders, 1-hour “Compassionate Caregivers Ceremony” for Healthcare Providers working in burnout-risk environments, and a half/full day Soul Restoration workshop adaptable to 3 different populations: Generalized public, Personal/Professional healthcare providers, and Veterans/First Responders.
Receive everything you need to lead workshops: powerpoint slides, music-slide shows, and follow-up tools.
Consult with the Opus Peace team for your initial event and de-briefing after the event to develop confidence and competence in providing programs independently.
