In this engaging talk, you'll celebrate a cuisine that introduces people to the traditional healthy foods and flavors of Africa and the African Diaspora.

In this talk, you will learn:

  • The four major reasons of African heritage food and their many charasteristics that make this way of eating delicious

  • Eating traditionally and culturally has proven health benefit

  • How herbs and spices give the cuisine of various cultures their unique flavors
