Description

The spiritual journey, if a journey at all,

is a quarter-inch long

and two miles deep. — John O' Donohue (paraphrased)

Our lives get crazy. You know this.

Restorative yoga can be deeply nurturing for your body, mind, heart. You know this.

No animal in nature has ever reacted to stress by opening up. With stress always comes contraction. Always.

So what does it take to soften into opening, without force, not just as a nice idea but as an actual, lived, felt experience?

Join teachers Carmen Corona and Liam Bowler — and a good handful of fellow truth-seeking yogis — for this afternoon immersion in restorative postures, pranayama, and some anatomical perspective on how, and why and when, our bodies release trauma and soften back into their natural state.

$55; space is limited to 20 students, so if this sells out, we’ll put “sold out” in the title. If that hasn’t happened yet, there’s still space.

Bring: a mat, a water bottle and a mug for tea, which we’ll supply, if you’d like some.

We might go a bit later than 4pm — not longer than 30 minutes — so please allow that in your schedule.

Any questions, please comment here or PM either Liam or Carmen.

Thank you, and we hope you can join us!
