How will the event be organized?
SRI is a series of interactive plenary sessions and presentations, mixed with small-group workshops to build skills and share ideas. If you are interested in giving a presentation, moderating a workshop, or helping out with SRI in any other way, please fill out our interest form.
What should I bring?
Bring a laptop, tablet, cell phone (we will have free WI-FI), or good old-fashioned pen and paper to take notes. And don't forget to bring business cards or club information you want to exchange with other Rotaractors!
What should I hope to get out of this event?
The primary goal of SRI is to inspire Rotaractors with new ideas they can use to improve their clubs. We promise that you will leave this event with a better understanding of Rotary and Rotaract, with contacts for assistance in starting and growing your club, with ideas for projects and activities, and much, much more.
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
No. Anyone can attend. We encourage not only Rotaractors and Rotarians to attend, but also Interactors, Youth Exchange, RYLA participants, and Wings of Rotary participants. The more, the merrier!
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Free parking will be provided in the Oklahoma Memorial Stadium lot on Asp Avenue, across the street from the Gaylord College of Journalism. A map for alternative parking options will be posted to our website closer to the event.
Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Sure! Just let us know by email or message who will be attending in your place.
What is the refund policy?
No refunds allowed but you can transfer your registration.
How can I contact the organizer with any questions?
You can contact David Postic at email@example.com.
