Friends Who Are Going
Event description

Description

Come along and join in playing three easy songs in a fun atmosphere.

All ages, all levels, everyone is welcome!

This month we will be playing:

  1. Seven Nation Army by The White Stripes
  2. Come As You Are by Nirvana
  3. T.N.T by AC/DC

Song nights are a great way to meet other guitarists, have fun, learn new songs and experience the fun of playing in a band!

FAQs

Is song night suitable for young students?

YES! Everyone is welcome. We play easy songs and help everyone along.

Is it only for G4 GUITAR School students?

Anyone is welcome! You don't have to be a current enrolled student. If you have your own guitar and would like to jam along with other guitar players then please come and join us.

What if I don't know the songs?

Three easy songs are specially selected, and will be easy to play for everyone. There will be different ways to play the song, so that all students can join in at every level. Beginners can play simple chords, or very simple riffs, while more advanced students can play barre chords and play lead at the same time. It's super fun for everyone!

Do I have to play?

There is no pressure to play. Everyone is welcome to play or just watch/listen and enjoy the music. You can join in, stay just for one song or play along to all of them. Parents and siblings are welcome to play shakers, clap hands and sling along.

What can/can't I bring to the event?

Just bring your guitar! Song night is a fun jam session. It is not a class or a lesson so please leve your G4 folder and reading books at home. All you need is your guitar.

Where can I contact the organizer with any questions?
