Registration
Participants must register through Eventbrite to gain access to SoMLA Conference 2022 content.
State of Maryland Literacy Association members enjoy a special registration rate of $25. Be sure to check out the multiple ticket options available to attendees.
To join the State of Maryland Literacy Association, please visit https://www.somla.online/ Membership is $30. for one year.
Technology
Live sessions will be facilitated through Zoom. Participants will want to download Zoom to their computer or mobile device. Please visit the Zoom Download Center.
Participants will access Zoom links by logging into the SoMLA2022 Conference website. Only registered participants will be able log into the SoMLA2022 Conference website. Two weeks before the conference the zoom links will be added under each session, accessible to registered users only.
As we get closer to the conference, additional emails will be sent to those who registered providing information on how to access the virtual conference along with links needed.
The State of Maryland Literacy Association encourages all conference participants to create a SoMLA2022 Conference profile.

Professional Learning
The State of Maryland Literacy Association is an ILA Affiliate. SoMLA expects Conference presenters and participants to adhere to the ILA Code of Conduct for Meetings and Professional Events. SoMLA reserves the right to remove anyone from a live breakout session for not adhering to the Code of Conduct.
Professional growth points (MSDE credit) will be available to Conference participants at the conclusion of the Conference. If you are interested in getting credit complete this form
