Event Details

Premium Blue Fin Tuna butchering in a small-group setting. We'll be eating-as-we-go in this edition of our popular "Some Disassembly Required" class. 

Join us for our live-demonstration of breaking down a whole Maguro (Blue Fin) Tuna, which will become dinner right before your eyes!

In this unique experience, you will watch, eat and learn as chef Zach Ramos (of Sushi Taro) breaks down a 100+ pound fish. He'll start you off with ruby red sashimi-grade Maguro Poke. Chef Zach and his team will continue making several preparations during the course of the evening as they carve this beautiful responsibly-sourced fish. Get up close and personal while learning some sushi/sashimi-making tips and tactics; then test your skills at making your own Fatty Tuna Handroll. During the experience, you'll learn how various cuts of the tuna are used. Come hungry, and thirsty. We aim to consume every ounce of the meat.

We are offering a bar package option as well to include Kirin Ichiban and a Japanese-inspired cocktail. $12 per person Unlimited on Wednesday / Thursday, and $17 per person on Friday / Saturday. BE SURE TO SELECT YOUR BEVERAGE PACKAGE DURING CHECKOUT!

Tickets are VERY LIMITED to keep class sizes small. We will be conducting four identical classes on back-to-back nights (THAT MEANS WE WILL BUTCHER ONE-HALF OF ONE 100-POUND FISH EACH NIGHT). Please be mindful to purchase and show up on the correct date. Alcohol Enhancements are not a stand-alone admission to the evnet; you MUST purchase an "Unlmited Tuna + Class" ticket for entry.
