One of my favorite things in the whole wide world is facilitating this work. It's my goal to create a space where you feel totally, completely, authentically YOU. In a world that pressures us to be and do and look a certain way, this is a safe space for you to simply be, to simply exist. Come as you are.

This guided experience is more than just breathwork—it is a ceremony of transformation. Through conscious, connected breathing, combined with integrative touch, we activate key points in the body to release stored tension, process unresolved emotions, and restore balance to the nervous system. This practice creates a safe and supportive container for you to move through what is ready to be released and step into a state of clarity, connection, and renewal.

The StarHouse, built according to ancient geometric principles, is a powerful space aligned with the cosmos, designed to honor the natural rhythms of the land and the celestial bodies. For over 30 years, it has been a nurturing home for transformation, connection, and deep healing.

Breathwork is powerful medicine, and it can also be intense. Big releases sometimes come with sound, movement, or strong emotions—and that’s part of the beauty of the process. That said, please listen to your body and consult with your doctor if you have medical concerns. You are always in choice, and your safety and well-being matter most. This space is here for you to fully show up as you are and to take care of yourself however you need—whether that means diving deep or pausing to rest.
