Join us in San Francisco for three days of personal and professional development dedicated to ending bullying in your school, after school and summer camp.

We are inviting principals, teachers, superintendents, district and school staff at all levels to learn how to run Solution Teams and train other teachers and staff in this award-winning intervention.

Give us your attention for a few days, and we’ll show you how to bring the groundbreaking Solution Team process back to your school. Solution Team was ranked number one by Ashoka in its global Changemaker competition for activating student empathy to end bullying. We’ve helped schools across the nation reduce incidents of bullying by as much as 90%.

Who Is It For?

Teachers and school/district staff that are passionate about making childhood bully-free and are ready to be certified as Solution Coach Trainers, so that they can train their colleagues how to run Solution Teams:

What You Get

Training Design

Through a combination of small-group discussions, role plays, teachback and individualized coaching, participants learn how to:

  • Lead a team of students through all stages of a Solution Team® to stop the bullying of one of their peers
  • Successfully train other teachers and staff to be Solution Coaches and run Solution Teams at your school
  • Create an implementation plan to train and sustain a core group of Solution Coaches® at your school/district so that you catch the students at risk from bullying and get them the help they need


We’ve implemented our programs in hundreds of schools around the country using practical and interactive activities resulting in school staff that is highly skilled at detecting, interrupting and ultimately preventing bullying.

Previous training participants expressed receiving the following benefits from the training:

Thelicense fee of $3,500 is inclusive of the three-day certification training, follow up coaching from No Bully and a one-year site license to deliver the Solution Coach® Training at your school. (Travel and hotel costs not included.) $500 for each additional site or to renew.

  • The program begins at 8.30 am and ends at 5pm on Days One & Two;. Day Three ends by 3pm.
  • A healthy lunch will be provided every day.
  • We take you out for a celebratory dinner in San Francisco on the second evening.
  • All trainer materials will be provided.


Linda Fisher – As a 43 year veteran in the field of education, including 31 years of classroom teaching and 12 years in educational administration, Linda has always been a strong advocate of creating classroom and school cultures where all children are valued and able to reach their full potential. Her work in staff development included mentoring and coaching math K-8, Cultural Proficiency training, best practices for teaching English Language Learners, Differentiated Instruction as well as instructional strategies for GATE students. Linda helped with the successful implementation of the No Bully System across her K-12 school district.

Kathy Grey – Director of Training and Lead Trainer. Kathy has been a community advocate in Marin County for more than fifteen years, working with educators, parents, and children from kindergarten through high school. She is a seasoned conference speaker bringing a unique perspective and passion about our youth, believing firmly that we build a healthy, strong community by empowering the younger generation and ensuring that they are given every opportunity to succeed. Kathy began her career as an educator with Head Start fueling her commitment for serving our youth and communities. Prior to her work in education, she was an arbitrator working in conflict resolution, resolving grievances for United Airlines.

Refund Policy

If you're unable to attend a program that you've registered and paid for, there are a couple of options:

  • Transfer to another participant: Tickets are fully transferable to another person at any time. Contact No Bully to give us the name and email of the attendee in your place.
  • Full or partial refund: You are eligible for a full refund less our administration costs until three weeks prior to the event. If you cancel between one to three weeks before the program, you can receive a 50% refund. If you cancel within 1 week of the program you are not eligible for a refund.

Unfortunately, registrations are not transferable between programs and we are unable to provide credit for future programs. Refunds will be issued through Eventbrite and processed within 15 days of notification of cancellation.
