Event description

Description

Join Wildlands Trust in celebrating the shortest day of the year and the official first day of winter. Stewardship Manager Erik Boyer and volunteer Rob MacDonald will lead a 3-mile guided hike at the Town of Plymouth’s Eel River Preserve, ending around sunset. All are then welcome to join us at the nearby IndieFerm Brewing.

On the hike, enjoy learning about the freshwater habitat restoration at Eel River Preserve and the plants and animals found in this unique habitat. Then enjoy in-house brewed beer and kombucha and locally baked soft pretzels at IndieFerm.

Dogs (leashed, please) and kids welcome on hike and in brewery - ages 8+ for the hike.

Please consider bringing an item to donate to our Holiday Charity Drive to help those in need this holiday season. Learn more.
