David Small is a founding partner of Shoot the Moon Products, LLC. His 35 year career has taken him from numerous engineering positions in product development, quality and manufacturing engineering through numerous executive management positions. The last twenty years of David’s career have been in the entrepreneurial environment of Shoot the Moon.
David’s last corporate position was that of Sr VP R&D at Lewis Galoob Toys where he managed the Worldwide R&D operations. In 1985 he was a founding member of Worlds of Wonder where he held the position of Executive VP Engineering.

Shoot the Moon is frequently asked by its Licensees to develop the licensed products through manufacturing start in order to expedite the market launch date. These turnkey product development programs typically include component and product sourcing, factory selection, FCC, UL and CSA approval cycles. Marketing support from Shoot the Moon is always provided to its clients in the initial stages of product planning and will frequently include PR development, advertising campaign development and in some cases direct management of TV commercial creative and production.
