How will we choose the heroes?
We won't! YOU will! Who do you know that has demonstrated the character and values needed to transform our community into a safe haven? Who inspires you? Who has exhibited a love that covers all wounds? Who is doing while others are resting? Who commands justice, so that others may have peace? If your heart is from or in Benton Harbor, you will have a chance to vote for your hero. In lieu of the nation's cry for social justice reform, as a beacon of light, our show will boldly recognize survivors of silent, yet deadly bullies - Systemic Racism and Post Traumatic Slave Syndrome.
Don't be fooled!
This is not just entertainment. This is deep transformational edutainment. This event is the celebration portion of a Service Learning Project that started by students & staff at Benton Harbor High School now in its 5th year guaranteed to continue until every child is safe. We will pin our first chapter of Peace4Life Youth Ambassadors and Peace4Life Lil Siblings. Gala participants will view original artwork that captures the unique trials and testimonies of our youth and community. On June 1st, you will want to be in our hometown, but you will NOT want to be caught at home. This cultural event will.be.Televised!!! If you have other plans....cancel them. Please Share!!! & Save the Date! See you there! Click Here to Like and Follow us on Facebook.
