Join us on Monday April 24 at Verity Club for the latest approach in solving business problem with SWIT Innovation Series focused on Design Thinking.
This educational and hands on workshop hosted by Andres Ospina (Thinking Design Coach at RBC) will introduce the latest trend in solving business process using ‘Design Thinking’ methodology. Design thinking provides practical insights and approaches of how to:
Apply a human-centred problem solving approach to your work
Investigate the root cause of a problem through the principle of empathy
Creatively problem solve, and
Ensure that your final outcome meet both business objectives while being mindful of an effective and impactful client experience

About Andres Ospina
Andres Ospina is an Entrepreneur and Intrapreneur with a passion for helping people learn how to solve problems using intuitive and analytical thinking. During his 16 year career, Andres has combined Human Insights, Design, Technology and Business Intelligence to deliver strategies and innovative products for Microsoft, Kellogg's, Toyota, Subaru Canada, Legrand, Kia Motors Canada, Rogers Communications, WIND Mobile, Leo Burnett and many others. Most recently, he built Design Practices for two companies that deliver digital products for Fortune 500 clients. He has reinvented multiple Lean UX methodologies to deliver faster and more meaningful interactive products for multimillion dollar projects and is currently leading the development of a Design Thinking CoE at RBC. Andres believes in giving back to the design community. He often participates as a Lecturer, Mentor, Advisor and Speaker at schools, such as University of Toronto, ROTMAN, Queen’s University, University of Waterloo, Ryerson University, George Brown and Humber College, as well as other design, technology and business events in the GTA.
