Event Details

EVENT SOLD OUT - LIMITED SPACE MAY STILL BE AVAILABLE - FOR INFORMATION, PLEASE EMAIL DSF AT INFO@DSFOC.ORG. This conference will provide information and practical advice to help parents and professionals provide effective education, therapy, care and support for children with Down syndrome.  Sessions are divided into two age-specific tracks for attendees designed to offer up-to-date, reliable and evidence-based information for parents and professionals so they can successfully support children with Down syndrome. The comprehensive program covers motor, cognitive, social, language, literacy and numeracy development from birth through the teenage years.  Conference attendees will learn about current research and practical methods and activities to promote academic development and independence at home or school.    

The Early Years Track offers information and advice to help families and professionals promote education and development of children with Down syndrome from birth to 6 years.
The Childhood Track offers information and advice to help families and professionals promote education and development of children with Down syndrome from 7-16 years.
