Come join us for a meal and conversation with North Carolina native and renowned Crook’s Corner chef Bill Smith, featuring favorites from the restaurant and his cookbook “Seasoned in the South”. Hear about his longtime penchant for using locally sourced meat and vegetables, foraging wild ingredients and the influences of immigrant kitchen staff on his life’s work.

Limited to just sixteen guests, each attendee will also receive a signed copy of one of Bill's cookbooks - Crabs and Oysters or Seasoned in the South!

Menu: Serving among other things: Cheese straws, deviled eggs, tomato & watermelon salad, green Tabasco chicken, and cheese grits. Accompanied with Bill’s favorite beverages: southern gin cocktails, PBR and a selection of wines.
