About the Instructors: Sarah Wilder and Steve Sefchick have each been working in the solar industry for over 13 years. They have installed and serviced thousands of solar energy systems, from small residential hot water heating systems to residential and commercial PV systems. They hold Oregon Limited Renewable Technician's (LRT) licenses and are NABCEP-certified PV Installation Professionals.
Who should attend this class?
Day 1 can be attended by any SolarWorld partner- learn about PV system fundamentals, meet the team, take a full factory tour, and hear our unique value proposition.
Days 2 & 3 are geared towards SolarWorld partners with a technical background- salespeople, designers, and installers who are new to the solar industry but have a background in engineering or construction (electrical, roofing, carpentry, etc.) . Students will be required to complete approximately 6 hours of online coursework prior to the start of class; links will be emailed upon course registration.
