Solar Austin: 2023 Summer Solstice Celebration

We are excited to invite you to Solar Austin’s FOURTH annual Summer Solstice Celebration! Join us at Veracruz All Natural in East Austin as we share updates on our community advocacy for renewable energy, and soak up the sunniest day of the year!

Tickets include food from Veracruz All Natural, dairy-free ice cream from NadaMoo!, veggie-friendly food made by our board members, beer, cocktails, and more! Come enjoy food, drink, live performances by Austin musicians, solar car racing for the kids (and fun-loving adults) while you catch up with your solar friends!

The proceeds of this fundraiser will help scale our operations and deepen our local impact tremendously, so please consider attending/donating. Solar Austin swag will also be available for purchase.

Solar Austin’s mission is to accelerate the transition to clean, renewable energy in Central Texas and expand access to the benefits of solar to everyone to build a healthy community and strong local economy.

Recently we've expanded our outreach programs through education workshops aimed at helping under-resourced communities and renters gain access to solar technology. Our Community Solar Installations program helps nonprofits switch over to clean energy while creating community resiliency hubs that provide training opportunities for jobs in the field.
