Join Executive Pastry Chef, Maura as she demonstrates ways to incorporate teas and tea syrups into your sweet treats. Menu items include: Sticky Toffee Pudding with Rooibos Sauce, Popovers with Elderflower Granite & Strawberries; and Muhullabeya (milk pudding) & Chamomile Apricots. All proceeds from A Sofra Tea Party will be donated to Bakes for Breast Cancer; a local non-profit organization supporting breast cancer research.
