About this Event

African Women Business Alliance is committed to dismantling notions that black womxn's contribution to the economy and society aren't incremental to our collective survival with each other; within our communities; and the world at large.

We are committed to challenging, and to be challenged -- as we sought ways to bring about holistic and equatable tools for black womxn's survival in America--in relation to her pivotal aspect of survival, her (equal pay,) finance, and business acumen. We work to demand transformative change from the bottom up--and by working on ourselves and with each other. We challenge ourselves and the systemic powers on us; without devaluing our strengths and assets.

African Women Business Alliance is bringing Sociology of Money and Black Womxn's Survival in America because we don't want her to wait another decade, let alone another century.

This event will focus on our collective power building and strengths that have sustained our communities from Africa to the new world-as well as challenging norms of ''survival'' and what we can do differently to tackle gender equal pay and societal oppression on black womxn's psyche and her well-being.

This event is a first series of many. Membership package and new cohort sign up for our signature program, Holistic Approach to Business Development opportunity will be presented as well.

Light snacks and lots of sisterly love. Space is very limited for this first round- first come first serve. Get your tickets now.
