About This Class
We will start this Open level class with a simple breathing technique to center and ground your breath and calm your mind. Continuing with slow-pace Vinyasa Flow, focusing on alignment, balance and flexibility. Finishing up with plenty of time in Savasana to absorb and integrate the benefits of your practice.
Due to COVID we are a small class of 8 max
What You Need
A mat or towel, blocks, water, comfortable flex clothing ,please bring a mask to class!
Class Location
Class will be located in Tulum Beach Zone. Upon purchase I will reach out with class location 24 hrs prior to class.
