Emotional Freedom Technique, aka EFT, combines exercises to balance the two hemispheres of the brain with tapping on meridians or acupressure points. It is a powerful tool for stress relief, quitting smoking, losing weight, changing negative beliefs and creating emotional healing. It is especially helpful for anxiety, reducing stress, and creating emotional well-being and balance. While tapping on acupuncture points your calming the nervous system, apply this technique to help transform limiting beliefs and stuck emotional habits.

Learn the basics of EFT Tapping, how to use this technique to resolve stuck patterns and shift the stories we tell ourselves, and how to use EFT to clear blocks to meditation and self-care.

About Jennifer Merritt

I started in the healing arts world in 2001 with Massage Therapy. I'm licensed in the state of PA. In 2005 I become a yoga teacher.

Over the years I've added certifications and training in Hypnotherapy, Ayurvedic Life Coaching, Kids Yoga, and many Energy Healing Modalities.

I love teaching and learning. Currently I'm enrolled in a program for scar tissue release using a neurostem. I'm interested in sharing Gentle Yoga, Reiki and Tapping online.
