Ben Saffran is a Tier 2 Customer Advocate at Zendesk. He has previously worked for Shoutlet (now part of Spreadfast), in both EMEA and in the United States. He has been working in Support for over five years. At Zendesk he has continued to stay connected with the world of Social Media as a Social Media Product Champion. He enjoys biking, yoga, and feeling incredibly stressed out when the Montreal Canadiens play.
