About this Event

Learn about tea’s complexities, different serving traditions, and how it can help create moments of stillness before being guided through a reflection ceremony. 💆‍♀️

You’ll leave with: a DIY tea kit so you can cultivate your own tea practice at home. 🍵

About the teacher. Lily Raphael studied various tea-serving traditions at a tea and zen centre in Taiwan with her brother Max. Together they have held tea gatherings at yoga studios, festivals, retreats, nature hikes, and farmers markets. For Lily, her tea practice is an opportunity to carve out a moment in the day to connect with herself, others, and nature.
