Description

START CONVERSATIONS THAT CREATE MEMORIES, NOT WEATHER MAPS.

When life coaching meets social skill-building and takes to the streets of London!

Why would I want to improve my social skills?

Social skill-building explores the limiting beliefs holding you back from being your most vibrant, social self! Limiting beliefs prevent you from knowing the strangers that pass you by on the street every single day.

Limiting beliefs can include:

- 'I have nothing interesting to say.'
- 'I'm not a confident person.'
- 'I am a boring person. Why would anyone want to talk to me?'
- 'When I start talking, they will stop listening.'
- 'No one in London wants to stop for a conversation.'
- 'I will never change.'

If these sound familiar to you then that's great! Why? Because all great change starts from NOTICING.

Start crafting your social skills and you will be able to:

* frame your mindset in every social situation to feel fearless, powerful and loving
* create meaningful conversations and moments with strangers that are worth talking about
* create success and opportunity instantly - the next stranger can lead to your next job, friend, partner or mentor!

In this workshop you will receive:

* A coach by your side before and after interactions
* The opportunity to grow beyond your current skillset
* A fresh outlook on talking to strangers
* A new community of like-minded people who want to develop the same skill as you
* To be an integral part of the SFTW movement
* Smile cards to pass on to your community and give you a tool to talk to strangers in the future!

Meet The Coaches!

Introducing: Nerea Carryon!

Nerea has dedicated her life to exceeding her own expectations and has learnt how to eliminate any fears or self-imposed limitations by creating her own self-development journey.

Despite having a Masters in Economics, and having worked in the financial world in London for two years with Tullett Prebon, she knew she wanted to be an entrepreneur and wanted to inspire others. So she started to deliver life and business coaching sessions to its bank customers (traders) so she could definitely quit her "awesome job" to pursue her dreams on a full-time basis.

After becoming NLP Certified and coaching 1000s of people over the last three years through The Happy World Company and at companies such as Google London, Decathlon UK, Nerea has grown to become the person she is today and continues to share her knowledge with the world.

Nerea's Number One Belief: If everyone pursued their deepest passions, and worked towards loving and respecting themselves, then the world would be a very different place!

"She is really inspiring. She has a strong passion in whatever she wants to communicate and make the people follow their dreams like nothing is impossible, at least you have the option to try." - Mary Carrillo F

"A real professional human being, passionate about what she does and willing to do what it takes to get the best results on her clients." - Mayka Ortega Pernias

Introducing: Isla Suddek!

In 2012, Isla found herself, an aspiring adult, feeling lonely and disconnected in the city she grew up in. Not knowing how to make friends or find a community to belong, Isla felt as if she wasn't good enough and waited at home every evening for the problem to magically fix itself. Turns out, magic doesn't exist but a human's ability to change does!

Over the last six years, Isla has pushed herself to talk to strangers, attend events by herself, go to public speaking classes and perform in the street. Isla has developed skills in conversation, public speaking, teaching, life coaching, social skills, improvisation and acting.

Isla has worked with communication companies including Your Charisma Coach, Trigger Conversations and i2i, has performed at a variety of London theatres and created connection sessions through new initiative, We Are Connection.

"Isla will make you feel unique, like anything is possible and she will make you connect with other beautiful souls." - Brenda Bivaud

"Isla is amazing! She really leads by example with her infectious enthusiasm, and combines it with an empathetic understanding of how people are feeling in that moment. She helped us all feel more secure in opening up, and empowered us to connect very deeply with people we didn't know before. Thank you!" - Chris Newman

Smiles For The World :) :) :)

Smiles for the World was created in March 2014 by Nerea Carryon when she began to randomly smile at strangers and... they started to smile back!

After doing this a few times, she decided to spend a week passing out smile cards on the London underground and simply, smiling at strangers. The results? Nerea received a smile back 95% of the time! Surprised, Nerea asked herself, 'how can I invite others to join me on this mission?' That's when she came up with the Just Smile Card that reads, 'Smile and Pass it On'.

The Just Smile Initiative is a way to push out of your comfort zone and change your energy, especially when you don't feel like interacting with people. It's a way to connect with strangers in an international language; a smile.
