Take Loop Road to third Stop Sign and turn right at driveway in front of the building, go around the circle
From the South:

Paid parking is available in the lot: Parking Structure #2 – located next to office building, address is 3151 Michelson Drive- parking rates are: $5 per hour, up to 4 hours.
Free Parking is available across the street in the mall.
