Use Social Media Intelligence to Boost Business Bottom Line

Isn’t it time you learnt how to strategically grow and market your organisation on free social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn?

Never has it been more important to know what your potential customers are saying about you on sites where they spend most of their time online.

Web users regularly research companies online before parting with their hard earned cash, sharing details of what products and services they are looking for on social networking sites like Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.

Social networks, blogs and other social media magnify this online word of mouth and affect how businesses show up in search engine results.

All this has a real impact on sales for companies using the web as a marketing channel.

The Social Media Monitoring Training Course is designed specifically for people who, now familiar with using social media, need to manage the time they spend on the various platforms effectively.

The course has been developed in response to requests for a training session on how to use free online tools to measure the success of a social media campaign and listen and respond to comments on Twitter, blogs and the wider web.

About the Social Media Monitoring Training Course

In this intensive, half-day workshop on social media monitoring, leading social media training and implementation consultancy, Real Fresh TV show you how to use social media monitoring tools to reduce marketing costs by generating qualified leads.  The net effect for your business: increased sales.

This course is not a basic overview of social media monitoring tools with a view of leaving you to work out how to use them.

We will be sharing the same actionable insights that have helped Real Fresh TV generate real business.

At the end of this course, you will:

  • Know which free and paid for social media monitoring are best for monitoring social media mentions of your business or organisation
  • Know how to monitor social media conversations on blogs, Twitter and the wider web
  • Know how to use social media monitoring tools to respond to social media mentions of your business or organisation in a strategic way

Real Fresh TV’s hands-on social media training courses are carefully structured and designed to be completed within a morning session to give course attendees the opportunity to attend to their core business in the afternoon.  Lunch and refreshments are provided.

Please note: places are strictly limited and are available on a first come first served basis only. Book now to avoid missing out.
