Learn how to leverage social media as a content platform and as a marketing tool in this social media crash course for anyone who markets books. You'll get tips for how to grow your brand and your platform with a smart, social-media-driven content strategy. You'll also learn how to use different social media platforms' built-in tools to effectively reach new audiences.
After hearing from an expert in two guest speaker sessions, attendees will join the workshop to complete one project: either develop a content strategy, complete with sample posts, or create a boosted marketing campaign. The workshop facilitator will provide personalized, written feedback on your plan.
Outcome: One of the following: Content strategy, complete with sample posts, or a final plan for creating a boosted marketing campaign. Edits and feedback provided by a marketing writer with experience in the publishing industry.
