- Learn the impact social media has on customer service
- Learn how individuals of different backgrounds view social media, and how to tailor social media campaigns to specific demographics

- Understand that, ultimately, the social media plan is the playbook for a brand as it launches it’s marketing campaign over the next 6 to 12 months via social media and must provide as much detail as possible to those individuals responsible for following through with the elements of the plan
This workshop will run approximately 4 hours with a 1 hour follow up session. It is geared towards all levels and is perfect for retail business owners, small businesses, bar/restaurant managers, freelancers, home-based businesses, and anyone looking to expand their “online” presence.
Attendees should bring their own laptop or tablet as this will be a hands on workshop where you will set up and engage with your business, brand, or bands's social media outlets.
