What's up for Breakfast 23?
We've invited Martin Gomez to join us! Martin also teaches in the Graphic Design program at Algonquin College from which he is a graduate.
Designing for Humans
Every human interaction with a product takes place through a user interface, that, somewhere along the way, was designed for a specific reason. The way we interact with cars, bicycles and computer keyboards may not have changed much in the past decade, but the way we interact with social media and the web is constantly evolving. You don't need to be a designer to understand the decisions that lead to a great user interface, and more importantly, how human beings respond to them. The basic principle behind every design decision is that these interfaces are how we communicate with machines, and in turn, how we communicate with customers through machines. We hope you'll join us in welcoming Martin to lead us in a discussion on this most interesting topic!
