Case Study #1: How a Tweet Got us on Good Morning America...TWICE!

Imagine the moment when I saw my tweet on national TV...and it didn't even have any typos! This talk will share the journey we took at Be The Match to leverage social listening, watch trends, and quick work to launch what ended up becoming a viral campaign, #LemonsForLeukemia.

We'll also talk through mistakes, learnings, and how we overcame pushback from our internal teams based on going against the norm for content creation.

Ryan is a Social Media Manager with over 7 years of experience in the field. He’s known for implementing highly innovative social media platforms into rapidly changing environments. Key accomplishments are implementing an online community that grew to over 15,000 customers in just one year, growing leads generated from social media by over 1,500% year-over-year, launching employee advocacy programs, and recently joined Be The Match where he's working to elevate their social media strategy to help change the lives of patients battling blood cancer and blood diseases.
