About this event
A CVS Health grant made it possible to test interventions to reduce social isolation and loneliness in nine (9) locations. You will hear about the interventions and dig a little deeper with outside expert Emily Allen from AARP Foundation to learn other strategies and resources to attack this ongoing problem for older adults.
Cindy Follmer, Aetna President responsible for the Georgia, Louisiana, Alabama and Mississippi markets, will join us at the end of the day to inform participants about the new CVS Health Zone initiative rolling out across the country. Register today!
