Following the success of last autumn's Social Housing Forum, Place North West is holding a follow-up event to provide the latest market insight on this crucial sector.

The free event, in conjunction with Hill Dickinson, will be held at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Liverpool on the afternoon of 15 June. There will be keynote speeches from senior representatives from local government and the Homes & Communities Agency. Among the speakers will be Claire Griffiths, managing director of regeneration and commercial development at Plus Dane Group, which owns more than 15,000 properties in Merseyside and Cheshire.

The opening presentations will be followed by breakout roundtable sessions on topics such as planning, corporate strategy, building and finance chaired by experts in those fields.

The first Place North West Social Housing Forum in November attracted more than 100 attendees and proved an invaluable resource for property professionals seeking to grow their businesses within the social housing sector.
