He will also discuss how their social media strategy has evolved from a marketing-only approach to include selling. Wade Gerten will provide an overview of how merchants use Alvenda to create social shopping experiences for their customers. And Paul Marsden from Social Commerce Today will talk about the social psychology of social commerce. There will be time for a 10-minute Q & A session after the presentation.
