We can take you from Alnwick to one of the drop off points but you will need to organise your transport back from Alnmouth. Families friends welcome at the end so maybe they could be your lift him or back to your car at Alnwick.

This is a social event - the 20 mile run is for all, a perfect opportunity to try your first long run, maybe you've done a half marathon and want to go further. We will keep the group to a 6:30- 7km pace. Faster runners can shoot off or why not help someone get their first long run under their belt.

We will organise a drinks top up point half way round so you can keep fluids on board. Hopefully the runners and walkers will arrive at Alnmouth at similar times.
