10 session session program. Classes are ongoing, and students can attend on days that are convenient for them. We meet every other Saturday from 12:00pm-1:00pm.
Overcome shyness and gain confidence in interpersonal interaction in this ongoing 10-session program. You will become a more skilled and confident communicator in all areas of life. There is hope, and we can definitely provide the help in a comfortable, supportive environment.
Our workshop is focused on results. Discussion of social anxiety issues comprises part of a typical session, but the main emphasis is on gradual exposure with exercises targeting all aspects of anxiety in interpersonal and small group interaction. You are exposed gradually, in manageable steps, at your own pace, to a variety of challenges faced in everyday encounters. You will be able to practice the skills necessary to be more effective and comfortable.
