Claire Arthurs, Director, Community and Member Success, SoFi
Claire Arthurs is a Director of Community and Member Success at SoFi, a modern finance company taking an unprecedented approach to lending and wealth management. In her role, she's helping to create and engage SoFi’s member community through unique activations, product offerings, and networking and social events across the country – of which there are more than 300 planned for 2016, from private dinners and skydiving singles events to panels on salary negotiation. She holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin, where she held several leadership positions within her class, and graduated Cum Laude from Dartmouth College, where she studied Art History. Claire lived in India for 2 years where she commuted to work via rickshaw every day, and is always planning her next adventure.
Charlotte Boyd, Community Coordinator, Evernote
Born and raised in Chattanooga, TN, Charlotte Boyd has spent the past 3 1/2 years developing community programs at Evernote, a Silicon Valley based start up. Charlotte has worked on all aspects of Evernote’s community strategy, and is responsible for their 6,000 member beta program and newly launched Evernote Community Leaders. In her spare time, Charlotte can be found helping support community growth for local fashion start up, Everlane.
Andre Moore, Community Manager, Postmates
Andre Moore is a Community Manager at Postmates where he focuses on building, engaging, and retaining the fleet that drives local on-demand deliveries. He launched and introduced Postmates to the Nashville market of customers, merchants, and drivers before moving to San Francisco to help continue to grow our flagship market.
Evan Hamilton, Director of Community, CMX
Evan is a community professional with almost a decade of experience building communities that strengthen retention and create win-wins for company and customer. Evan has worked at Flock, UserVoice, ZOZI, and Coursera. Evan is now Director of Community at CMX, which is focused on furthering the community industry and helping community professionals thrive via events, content, and training. Evan focuses on engaging CMX's community through their thriving Facebook group, their CMX Series meetups around the world, and the CMX Summit conference. In Evan's free time he enjoys playing music, reading comic books, and drinking beer.
