Not at all! "Terapia no Salto" is open to all genders. Men, women, LGBTQIA+ individuals—everyone is welcome. The focus here is on empowerment and self-confidence, no matter your gender.

Do I need to know how to dance to participate?

Absolutely not! The workshop is for all levels, from those who have never danced before to experienced dancers. The goal is to have fun, let loose, and discover your own way of expressing yourself. It's not about perfection, it's about the experience.

Is it mandatory to bring high heels?

Yes, please! As the name suggests, "Terapia no Salto" uses heels as a tool for empowerment. But don’t worry about the heel height—choose whatever makes you feel comfortable.

I’ve never worn heels before. Will I be able to keep up?

Absolutely! We’ll start slowly, teaching from the basics, so that everyone feels safe and confident. The important thing is to have an open mind and be willing to try something new and step out of your comfort zone!

What should I wear to the workshop?

Wear something that makes you feel amazing, confident, and ready to express yourself! We want you to feel great about yourself, so choose something that highlights your personality and makes you feel empowered and desirable. It has to be something comfortable that allows you to move with us!

What’s included in the workshop?

The workshop includes a complete journey: exploring identity, group dynamics, practicing walking and dancing in heels, and ending with a powerful final presentation. All of this takes place in a safe and welcoming environment.

Do I need to bring anything other than heels?

Besides your heels, we recommend you bring a bottle to fill with water to stay hydrated and have fun! We’ll provide some accessories during the workshop, but if you want to bring something that makes you feel more confident, feel free!

Is it safe to dance in heels?

Safety is our priority! So we’ll start with basic exercises to make sure you feel comfortable and balanced in heels. The pace of the workshop is adjustable, so you can go at your own speed.
