Ace personal training winter program "sNOw Days Off" will focus on strength and conditioning. Preparing athletes for spring sports. Allowing them to come into spring tryouts in shape and ahead of the game.
We will focus on:
5. Body weight excercises.
For muilt-session purchases we will be provide an at-home training plan.
Training sessions will be intense! Trainees will be pushed to their limits and expected to give it their best!
All sessions will be on Tuesday and Wednesday only.
