SNOW DAY: Yoga at the Chutes
FAMILY FRIENDLY EVENT! Take yoga or just ride the chutes!
Life is always full of ups and downs, highs and lows. We can better prepare for these times when we actively choose to be in these moments. Ylonda and Deanna have a perfect snowday planned for you. Start from the bottom and climb to the top. From the top, take in the view then hang on as you chute down a hill of ice, tobogganing to the bottom.
Then come inside to the warmth of the fireplace as Deanna guides you through a calming yin/deep stretch yoga practice accompanied by live cello music and singing bowls played by Ylonda!
This practice is open to all levels. No yoga experience required.
8am - tobogganing chutes open. We have the chutes all to ourselves!
9:30am- Yoga begins
10:45am- Socialize ( light refreshments served).
What you need?
-All riders must be 42" tall. (Children must be supervised by an adult at all times)
-All riders MUST have gloves or mittens.
