Description
SMWCon, or the Semantic MediaWiki Conference, is a twice-yearly gathering for users, developers and enthusiasts of Semantic MediaWiki, including corporate users, academics and others.
SMWCon Spring 2015 will be held May 6-8 at T-REX in St. Louis, MO USA. The conference is split in two parts:
- The tutorial day, where experts will teach various topics related to wikis: usage, applications, development, business models.
- The conference days that gather talks from academia, business, government and non-profit representatives about applying semantic wikis to practice and the newest research in the field.
Your registration fee includes:
- 3-day Conference Pass (including the tutorial day)
- Breakfast for all three days
- Lunch on the first and 3rd
- Coffee, snacks,
- Evening social event with drinks and hors d'oeuvres
Please note that the registration fee does not cover accommodation or travel expenses.

We're activley looking for speakers. If you'd like to present, add yourself to the list of proposed topics on the conference site. Just edit the page, it's a wiki after all. :)
Academic Pricing
Attendees from education organizations can purchase a discounted ticket. Proof of affiliation may be requested.
